Still Haven is an independent wellness publication about sleep, calm, and gentle evening rituals. We started in 2026 with a simple goal: to write the clear, honest, jargon-free guides we wished existed when we were trying to sleep better ourselves.

What we do

We read reputable research, test ideas in our own routines, and explain what actually helps wind down at the end of a long day. When the evidence is thin, we say so. We would rather be useful than dramatic.

What we are not

We are not doctors, and Still Haven is not medical advice. We do not sell products of our own. When we mention a product, we focus on THC-free and broad-spectrum options and always explain the limits of what is known.
